Agree revisions, source rights, milestones, delivery, payment and testing responsibilities in the written scope. Your application owns product logic, audio and timing; AI models, TTS, hardware and backend work are separate unless explicitly included.
The agreed .riv export, source access, control names, defaults, ranges and practical integration notes. Advanced runtime integration is scoped separately.
Mascot animation starts at $250 with client-supplied artwork: one character, idle plus one extra state, basic State Machine setup and the .riv source file. Custom design has a $650 animation-package minimum with one design included. Extra characters add $250 each; extra states add $100 per state per character. Viseme setup adds $350 for one talking character after the design minimum. Additional designs and talking characters are quoted separately.
